1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zben7 platform, including the website at zben7.pro, all associated games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or services made available by zben7 (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by zben7 and is intended solely for the personal entertainment of eligible users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. zben7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may hold one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details, constitute a breach of these Terms. zben7 uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close any identified duplicates, potentially withholding balances pending investigation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (phone number and password). Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify zben7 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested, unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with these Terms.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your account. zben7 recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Do not use the same password on other platforms.
• zben7 will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any messaging application. Any message requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

zben7 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these registration and security requirements, with or without prior notice, and to withhold any funds pending investigation into suspected breaches.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

zben7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. zben7 strictly prohibits deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. zben7 may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• zben7 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your mobile financial services provider or bank are outside zben7's control and are borne solely by you.
• zben7 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, zben7 may freeze the account balance pending investigation and, if a breach is confirmed, may withhold the balance in full.

Account balances that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. zben7 will contact the registered account holder before applying any dormant account treatment. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zben7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. zben7 also reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform any function that a human player would ordinarily perform manually.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee mutual profits, sharing account access for the purpose of coordinated betting, or exploiting live in-play markets through information asymmetry.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors on sports markets to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits. Any winnings derived from identified errors are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine play, or using the Platform to legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Registering as or impersonating another person, using false identification documents, or providing materially incorrect personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or zben7 staff through any communication channel associated with the Platform, including customer support channels.

zben7 applies risk-based monitoring to all Platform activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, zben7 may place temporary holds on account balances, request additional verification information, or take immediate account action without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zben7 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of zben7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only. No other rights are granted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of zben7. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

zben7 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at zben7.pro/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

zben7 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. zben7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processing partners, game content providers, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil these Terms.

13. Amendments and Governing Law

zben7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at zben7.pro/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith. In the event of any dispute between you and zben7, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication via the support channel before pursuing any formal resolution process.
